Hello friends and neighbors, I am sure some people are curious as to what is going to happen at Theo's Bar... Well, here is the lowdown;
A new management group is taking over the biz and making some changes, the first thing you probably noticed is the name. We are calling the new bar 'The Wurst Bar' but we dont actually plan on making it terrible at all, but we are going to focus our menu on gourmet sausages & bratwursts. This is not our first crack at the restaurant business, our other place is on Kelley's Island in Ohio; The Kelley's Island House. Unfortunately it isnt open in the winter, so we need something to keep us busy all year round and Ypsi seemed like the perfect place.
A few more changes we are going to impliment will be;
1. New kitchen hours are from 11am-2am Every Day
2. New Bigger, Better Beer selection
3. New interior design
4. All of our meats will be cut and ground in house
5. We will freshly prepare and locally source over 85% of our menu
On some of the other pages we have laid out our tentative menu and daily specials, dont worry party people, the Thursday Theo's crazy bar nights will still continue. Please dont be shy, stop in and say hello, introduce yourself to the new team. Jesse is the managing partner and Jeff is our bar manager, one of them will be around everyday during our remodel to answer any questions or listen to any requests or suggestions... remember, we need your input to succeed!
